Our client is a successful and long established commercial and residential landscaper headquartered in Victoria, BC. Their BBB rating is A+ with no registered complaints. The ownership focus is on taking advantage of the significant industry growth in this active four-season market.
Reporting to the owner, your responsibilities cover the full range from project inceptions to completions. These include customer retention, new customers, project management, cost and quality control, regulatory compliance, AR collection, bad debt elimination, employee hiring and development and health and safety. The position outcome is measured by growing and increasing profitability, customer satisfaction and the retention of superior employees.
You have an excellent track record in senior landscaping management covering all aspects of this position.
This is a full time, long term opportunity with appropriate compensation.
