IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN, Dol Turf Restoration Ltd., Bond Head, Ontario

Dol Turf Restoration, the recognized leader in sports turf management, is looking for an experienced irrigation technician to join our turf maintenance team.  The successful candidate will work independently or as part of a team to install, maintain and repair sports field irrigation systems.

Job Requirements:

• previous experience installing, maintaining, winterizing and repairing commerical systems
• ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical issues
• able to drive pick up with a trailer (clean abstract required)
• use hand tools and machinery to excavate and backfill trenches to repair and replace pipe
• read and follow design schematics
• physical strength, stamina and agility
• able to follow safety procedures
• ability to work well in a team environment
• strong attention to detail
• punctual and dependable

Qualifications:

• Valid "G" Driver's Licence
• 1 - 2 years irrigation service experience
• CIT/CIC designation preferred
