Job Duties:

• Follow instruction from Foreman/Crew lead
• Be able to work in a crew of 2+ employees as well as on your own
• Maintain cleanliness and organization or jobsites, trucks, equipment, and shop/office area
• Assist in the construction of projects and meet deadlines
• Assist in the construction of driveways, patios, walkways, retaining walls, rock work, grading, planting, mulching etc.
• Perform routine maintenance duties on tools and equipment such as cleaning, greasing and report any damage

Job Requirements

• Completion of High school,
• No experience needed willing to train (Apprenticeship program available)
• Willingness to operate required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Basic measurement and calculation skills
• Possess a valid drivers license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift minimum 50lbs repeatedly throughout the entire work day
• Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment
• Requires excellent stamina
• Required to work close to heavy equipment on a regular basis
• Required to work outdoors in the sun, heat, humidity, rain, cold, dust and noise.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 /hour
