Green Leaf is a growing business operating in Lethbridge Alberta. We are looking for the right team members to help the growth continue and meet the goals we have as a company. We are seeking for a dedicated and hardworking landscape foreman with potential for winter employment as well. We are looking for a long term employee that can lead as well as train crew members in the construction of landscapes. They will need to be highly responsible, have attention to detail, help manage time and productivity, as well as work with the the management of the company.

We strive for excellence and quality for our clients and are looking for an employee who will carry that same vision. 

 

Landscape Foreman Job Description:

• Hourly wage: competitive, based on experience
• Must have knowledge and experience of the landscape industry. Experience should include: soft and hardscape installations such as sod and irrigation, patio's, deck's, fence's, etc. 
• Skill in driving truck, trailer, skid-steer/tractor, and operate all types of tools related to the industry
• Be able to read and execute a landscape plan and drawing
• Good communication skills with management, crew members, and clients
• Ability to take initiative and have responsibility for crew members, equipment, and tools
• 5-6 day work weeks
