Bearmark Design & Landscape Ltd. is a unique landscape company that combines innovative and practical design with high quality construction services. Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Bearmark has been involved in a wide range of landscape projects throughout the Lower Mainland, however, projects tend to be focused in Vancouver, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.
Our company specializes in providing the complete landscape package. We facilitate our clients' vision and budget by working together through the design development process to ensure construction is efficient, well-built, and on schedule. We work with architects, landscape architects, and general contractors in building a variety of different landscape projects.
Bearmark is looking for new crew members of all skill levels from experienced/ skilled crew leaders to general construction labour.
We are looking to fill the various positions within our team:
Type 1: Skilled/ Experienced Landscape Crew Members
Type 2: General Construction Landscape Crew Members
Compensation will be based on experience/ skill level and projected role within our team to start:
Type 1 starting wage will range from a minimum of $23 per hour and up based on experience with general medical benefits offered after 3 month probation period.
Type 2 starting wage will range from a minimum of $18 per hour and up based on experience with general medical benefits offered after 1 full year of employment.
We always expect that with each candidates growth within the company that compensation will increase accordingly.
All candidates must be willing to join a team environment to strengthen and grow our current crew with a positive attitude and character. We are looking for candidates with construction and/or landscape construction experience. Candidates will be required to aid in all aspects of landscape construction from hard landscape (pavers, retaining walls, boulders, concrete) to soft landscape (grading, planting, turf, drainage).
