Position Summary
Wildrose Gardening is a full service landscaping company, serving the GTA since 1983.
Working closely with Wildrose Gardening Senior management, the Maintenance and Planting Supervisors work with and are responsible for the supervision of his/her maintenance and/or landscaping team, ensuring their work is very efficient, of the highest quality, and consistent with the client's needs.
Wildrose Gardening is interested in having employees be the best they can be, which is why we strongly encourage training, not just in house, but with colleges and other skills improvement agencies.

Required Education / Experience
Minimum of five years in the landscaping industry
Minimum of one years in a supervisory role of maintenance and/or landscaping crews
Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of southern Ontario plant material, common insect, and disease identification
Comprehensive knowledge of landscaping tools/equipment, materials and techniques
Good writing / oral skills
Physically able to perform all tasks required
Complete knowledge of PPE
