Wilco Contractors NW Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to work in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
This is a full time position until the end of the season.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years landscape experience in the field managing crew. Ability to read landscape plans, details and specifications.
MUST be able to operate skidsteer. Excavator, Dozer, Tandem truck are all assets.
Must be able to work Overtime and Saturdays.
Possess a valid class 5 Alberta Driver's license or equivalent.
Must be competent pulling and backing up trailers with 1 ton truck and be comfortable hauling equipement site to site.
Responsibilities work under direction of Superintendent to oversee the work of multiple crew members.
Good communication skills.
Evaluate, train and coach members of the team.
Daily documentation of on-site activitiea, review daily progress and needs fo the next day with the superintendent.
Ensures that work is being done in a safe and efficient manner and maintains excellent quality.
Ensures proper use and safe keeping of company resources.
Record keeping of work hours and service reports.
Promote and carry out all company safety procedures including safe work procedures and documentation of all safety meetings.

Salary: $26.00-$28.00/hour
