FOREMAN
Our ideal candidate will have:
5 years experience leading an installation crew with expertise in both hard and soft landscaping
Valid 'G' license with a clean driving record
Landscape technician or other industry accreditations an asset
Good organization/time management skills
The ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with team members and clients
Creativity and "on the fly" problem solving ability
Impeccable attention to detail and pride in workmanship
SUB-FORMEMAN/LEAD HAND
Our ideal candidate will have:
3 years experience in a lead- hand position with exposure to both hard and soft landscaping
Valid 'G' license with a clean driving record
Landscape technician or other industry accreditations an asset
Good organizational/time management skills
The ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with team members and clients
Creativity and "on the fly" problem solving ability
Impeccable attention to detail and pride in workmanship
The desire to take on new challenges, learn new skills and grow within the organization.
