Job Overview:
Leading team members on full installation of landscape projects
Duties:
Hands-on supervision to coach, train, and support your team members
Site and project management (confirming delivery dates/times; accurate time keeping; minor paperwork)
Experience is required in the installation of hardscape, softscape, and pools
Reading and understanding landscape plans and elevations (job site layout)
Equipment experience is an asset (Bobcat, Excavator, Small Equipment, etc.)
Good communication, organization, and a good attitude are essential
Report for work every day required, on time and in TLC designated uniform.
Winter months will consist of snow removal
