Land Decor Inc. is a landscape design/build company serving high-end residential clients in the GTA for over 20 years and is seeking applicants for the following position:
DRIVER / LANDSCAPE LABOURER
Requirements for this position include:
* Experience preferable in operating a 5 ton truck with dump box picking up, loading and delivering materials to job sites in a safe and responsible manner according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures, towing a loaded 15’ trailer performing proper pre and post trip inspection on all vehicles
* G Driver License (or higher) with a clean driver abstract
* Cleaning trucks as scheduled and/or required and ensuring trucks and equipment are safely and securely stored
* Preference given to experience in paver installation, stone masonry and carpentry, operation of power tools and small equipment
* Ability to take direction well with capabilities to work in a team environment producing quality results
* Physical requirements include an ability and willingness to perform duties in adverse weather conditions assisting crews on site as required
* Successful candidate must have the ability to lift 22 Kg (50 lbs)
* Successful candidate must be punctual and reliable with good communication and organizational skills able to follow and execute on instructions with limited supervision
Typically, Monday to Friday (7:30am - 6:00pm) with Saturday work often available.
Hourly rate is commensurate with qualifications, experience and ability.
