We are looking for several Landscape Construction Crew Leader for the upcoming 2018 Season.
Duties for this postion: (includes but are not limited to)
You will assist in leading a 3-4 person crew.
You will provide guidance and training, taken from your past experiences, to other crew members.
Review Project Scope and ensure projects are installed within estimated timelines.
Monitor Equipment for wear and tear.
Applicants should have at least 2-3 years experience leading a landscape construction crew.
Must have an aptitude for physically demanding work.
Must have strong leadership qualities with excellent organizational, written and oral skills.
Ability to read and execute from Landscape Construction Plans.
Must be proficient in use of all Landscape Construction Equipment, with ability to teach others.
Must have experience driving trucks and trailers, loading and offloading equipment.
Current 'A, D or G' License with a clean abstract is required.
Benefits and Rate of Pay:
Impact Landscape Contractors Inc. will provide benefits to their staff after 180 days with the company. We offer continual training to all staff as well as excellent wages. Work boots, PPE and Uniform provided to all employees. Average wage for this position $23-27 per hour based on experience.
