The INL Group, Landscape Construction Division has built a solid reputation in the Commercial Landscape Sector. We are currently hiring an experienced estimator for the following job description:
*Quantity takeoffs.
*Co-ordinate subcontractor submissions, during the tendering process.
*Field visits to qualify information (as directed).
*Co-coordinating submission of tender documents.
*Preparation of material lists.
*Tracking of Site Instructions and Change Orders
*Prepare shop drawings as required.
All applicants to have the following :
*Completion of relevant college or university programme.
*Proficiency with AutoCAD and Excel.
*Excellent communication skills
*Accuracy in reporting is critical.
*3 years Minimum Experience
Pay is commensurate with experience.
