JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Drive team of up to 3 to and from jobsites/shop
• Manage and train crew in all aspects of landscape gardening
• Demonstrate best practices and process standards in relation to jobs performed
• Promote safety, wear appropriate personal protective equipment and demonstrate hazard awareness at all times
• Participate in management meetings
• Complete all paperwork daily
• Demonstrate high level of professionalism

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous residential maintenance experience 2-3 years
• Previous supervisory experience 1-2 years
• Post-secondary horticultural education or equivalent experience
• Excellent plant care and identification knowledge
• Full G license with clean record, comfortable driving in Toronto
• IPM knowledge (asset)
