Royal Standard Landscaping is looking to hire a career oriented Team Lead starting April, 2019.

Wage: $18-$22/per hour - dependent on experience.

Do you have:

Knowledge and experience in Landscape Maintenance

• 3-5 years experience with residential landscape maintenance?
• Horticultural skills and plant knowledge?
• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance?

People Skills

• Experience leading and motivating a team?
• Ability to work with clients to execute their vision and expectations?
• Confidence to participate, problem solve, and work with team members?

Qualifications:

• Clean Class G with driver's abstract?
• The experience to know you must be physically fit, have the endurance to work ten-plus hour day in the heat, cold, sun, snow, wind, and rain.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $23.00 /hour
