Hardscape Installer

Skills required:
minimum of 5 years experience in the landscape construction industry.
ability to interpret landscape drawings and prepare site layout.
excavation and grading using a mini excavator, skidsteer, wheelbarrow and hand tools.
install interlocking and natural stone patios, steps, and retaining walls.
prepare flower beds and install plant material.
skilled operation of machinery: mini excavator, skidsteer, concrete saw.
mechanically inclined and able to perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
Personal qualifications:
have your own reliable transportation and smart phone for communication.
able to work 8-10 hour days outdoors.
possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently or with others.
talented, self-motivated and creative.
organized, focused, hard working, and safety conscious.
detail oriented and take pride in your workmanship.
neat appearance, personable, and strong customer service skills.
must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting.
must be physically capable moving heavy weights while performing job duties.
Full time seasonal. Standard work weeks are Monday-Friday, 8-10 hours per day. Longer hours and weekends are available if desired.
