Job title	Landscaping Foreman
Reports to	Landscape Designer

 

Job purpose

 

• The Landscape Foreman is responsible for leading a crew to complete landscaping jobs as small are planting and sodding to as large as full back/front yard renovations

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

The Landscape Construction Forman is a key member of the Landscape team ensuring that timelines, budgets and customer expectations are satisfied. The Foreman is responsible for the following:

 

• Installation of  plants, trees and sod
• Understanding of grading and drainage
• Order and pick up materials when needed
• Lead a crew of 2-4 employees
• Communicate with customers daily
• Meet budget and timeline expectations
• Maintain construction equipment
• Communicate daily with the Landscape Designer 

Qualifications

 

Qualifications include:

• 3-5 years in the landscape  field
• Driver’s License
• Reference from past work experiences in landscaping
• Experience using skid steer
