Award Winning Landscaping Company Seeks Professional Property Maintenance Foreman!

Birk’s Landscaping Inc. specializes in residential and commercial landscaping, as well as commercial property maintenance.  Birk’s has been a long standing member of the landscape community for over 25 years. (Many of our employees have been with us from 5-15 years.)

Birk’s Landscaping is currently looking to hire a Year Round, Full Time Maintenance Foreman to join our team in the upcoming season.

Qualifications to include:

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Foreman
• Good knowledge of plant material and weed recognition
• Proficient knowledge of maintenance equipment and repair, including, but not limited to  Trimmers, zero turn and push lawnmowers, blowers
• Organized with a high attention to detail in all aspects of the job, including respect to the   customer’s property
• Experience snow plowing and repairing equipment
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clear driver’s abstract
• Team player, can work independently or as part of a team
• Leadership skills with the ability to train others
• Good customer relations
• Motivated
• Career Oriented
• Teachable

Wages:

• Year round employment/wages
• Hourly rate based on experience ($18-$23/hr
