Now we are looking for a dependable Landscape Foreman to contribute to this legacy, as we continue to lead the way in residential renovations and landscaping.

Landscape Foreman 

 

As our new Landscape Foreman, your primary goal will be to lead the execution of construction projects. You’ll ensure that requirements of labour, equipment, and materials are met, as well as ensuring completion of the job within project deadlines. 

 

You know your way around a job site, and effectively communicate with other contractors, sub-contractors, and tradespeople to get the job done efficiently and on time.

 

You’re flexible, adaptable, and always find ways to overcome tricky problems.  You make sure that every project you complete satisfies your personal high standard of quality. Your passion and skill will allow you to turn every challenging custom request into an opportunity to wow customers.  

 

You’ll succeed in this role if you have: 

• Leadership – you know how to rally your team to get the job done. 
• Efficiency - you can keep up with a high volume of time-sensitive tasks.
• Reliable – you show up to work on time, every time, 
• Effective communication skills - you listen carefully and speak and write clearly.

This is a full-time position with a competitive wage of $25-$35 an hour, depending on your experience. We offer an annual bonus for top performers and a comprehensive health benefits package.

Qualifications

 

• Experience in working in the construction industry (landscape experience an asset) 
• Experience in a leadership role
• Experience operating hand tools and heavy equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators) 
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Experience as a lead hand (an asset)
• Experience working as a landscape foreman (an asset)
