Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

 

Job Summary: The successful candidate will effectively work with a crew of 2-4 people to perform lawn & landscape maintenance services with a high standard of workmanship and customer service. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Mimimun 3 years experience in weekly lawn & landscape maintenance managing a crew, ensuring each property is completed according to the expected attention to detail.
• Valid G drivers license with a clean abstract (preference given to DZ licensed drivers).
• Experience operating riding/push mowers, trimmers, blowers, light pruning equipment.
• Experience in hedge/shrub trimming and light tree pruning, with excellent plant identification.
• Mechanically inclined and able to perform routine & preventative maintenance for tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Winter snow plowing experience an asset.
