Duties & Responsibilities ( but not limited to):

• Design landscape plans in Dynascape including pool construction and landscape details as required
• Research for designs and recommend solutions to site problems.
• Prepare and print site plans for client review
• Prepare and submit permit applications
• Ensure landscape proposals are completed within agreed upon guidelines
• Produce professional quality presentations and communications
• Participate in client presentations communicating design needs, wants and design requirements
• Basic administrative duties

Qualifications:

• A university degree/college diploma in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design
• Minimum 2+ years experience designing all aspects of high end custom residential landscapes
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and relationship development skills
• Knowledge of Dynascape software as well as MS Office
• Knowledge of current landscape construction materials and building techniques (Interlocking, Natural stone, retaining walls, etc.)
• Ability and willingness to work in a team or on your own
• Highly motivated achiever with excellent time management discipline
• $20-$24/hour based on experience
