Large snow removal company in Toronto (GTA), is currently recruiting for AZ/DZ SALT TRUCK DRIVERS for Industrial / Commerical snow removal.
Requirements:
* Valid AZ or DZ License with a clean driver's abstract (no major infractions)
* Must be available to work until April 15, 2019
* Must be available on call 24/7 for all snow/ice events, including ALL holidays
* Able to work irregular shifts and extended hours as required.
* Personal transportation to our yard
* Thorough knowledge of main streets throughout the GTA
* Prior heavy truck experience i.e (Dump, Rolloff, Cement, etc)
* Ability to operate 8 shift speed tranismission
* Mechanically inclined
* Good communications skills to interact with clients, and good handwriting to produce reports.
* Prior snow removal, plowing, salting experience considered an asset, but not essential. Will provide training to whose who possess the skills required.
