• 3 years’ experience for assistant team leader,
• 1 year experience for team member

• Thorough knowledge of landscape construction techniques

• Strong communications skills & strong leadership skills for team leader

• Enthusiastic attitude, highly motivated with an eye for detail

• Desire to learn and grow with company

• Own transportation to yard in either Picton or Kingston - some company vehicles available
